real estate investment,  building management, technology & strategy consulting, and more than 2,000 nights of combined experience as guests around the world, we understand what makes a stay truly exceptional.

Below you’ll find clear answers to how we work — from payments to property care

  • What happens in slow season with the payment?

    We pay the agreed monthly rent on the 1st of every month, completely independent of bookings.


    You receive a fixed and guaranteed income — no effort, no vacancy risk, and we take care of everything

  • Who handles cleaning ?

    We manage and pay for all cleanings after each stay (up to 90 minutes) and a 4-hour deep clean every 2 months — including windows and detailed areas.


  • How do you protect my property?

    We have a strict guest screening process (ID/Passport Documentation) and insurance coverage. We install surveillance cameras in the floor and we inspect the unit regularly so any issue is caught immediately.

  • What if something gets damaged?

    Any damage is documented and fully covered by us — either directly or through the booking platform’s insurance

  • Will there be noise or disturbances?

    We enforce no-party and quiet hours policies, supported by monitoring technology (where allowed) and fast response procedures to prevent disruptions

  • Does this require any setup effort from me?

    Minimal to none. We take care of setup, listing, professional cleaning, and ongoing operations.

  • Who deals with guests?

    We handle everything: check-in, communication, support, cleaning, supplies. You remain completely hands-off and enjoy your monthly passive income

  • Is this legal and allowed in the building?

    We operate within all local regulations and ensure compliance with building rules and house policies.

  • Can I visit or inspect the property during the contract?

    Absolutely — anytime with coordination. We are transparent and keep the property in excellent condition.

  • Will the neighbors be affected?

    We keep respectful guests only  and maintain strong house rules to ensure the community stays comfortable.
